Baby's Room cont.!

We finished the baby's room!! It's so cute we love it! All we need to do know is get a mattress and dust! Don't the dots and circles look so cute!! I think it turned out great! (which is good cause Jeb would kill me if I made him take them down and repaint the wall ;) I can't believe we have 5 weeks left. It really feels like time has flown by. I am glad it's starting to cool down! I love fall and winter!

34 Weeks!

Today we had another doctor's appointment! I am 34 weeks and he said everything looks good! I am measuring correctly which is good. I was worried I was measuring really big but he said i'm measuring right on. She has the hiccups at least once a day and the doctor said that is actually good. He said that babies that get the hiccups are healthy. So hopefully he is right! We want a healthy little girl!!

Park City with my sisters and mom!!!!

Last weekend my mom, sisters and I went up to Park City for a weekend getaway!! It was a lot of fun! We met at Missy's house around 9:30 on friday, we went and had pedicures done!! It was so nice!! I really enjoyed it! After our pedicures we went up to Park City had lunch at Wendy's and then we went over to the Tanger outlets and went shopping! Then we went an checked into our condo. We stayed at crestview right by the outlets. For dinner we went to Ruby Tuesday! It was good! Our waiter was funny he asked if we were all from the same sorority. We just laughed and said we were all sisters, a sister in-law and our mom!! He flirted with Marcie a bit and we all made her leave her number!! We stayed up playing cranium and talking about embarrassing moments and other stuff! They let Missy and I have the king size bed since we are the pregnant ones and are heaters! Saturday we slept in and got ready and went and checked out. We went shopping for a few more hours and then went to cafe rio's for lunch! We drove over to Kamas to see the grocery store and the new additions that they have been making. It looks awesome! Good job Dad. After we looked around the store and the strip mall that they added we drove around and looked at this house that was in the home show. It was really big, Michele and Mom went in to look around the rest of us were tired and stayed in the car. Then we headed home. We had an enjoyable weekend. It was fun to hang out with my sisters and mom!!

Farewell to my car!

Well tonight we sold my beautiful red car! It's kind of bitter sweet. More sweet though. We are so grateful we were able to get it sold, that means we can get more serious about buying a new car. A really nice lady bought it for her daughter! She was so excited to get it, i'm glad it's going to someone who will love it! There are a couple of things that they plan on fixing so we lowered the price a bit for them which is just fine! When they first came to look at it the lady's boyfriend went over it with fine-tooth comb. We didn't think we would hear back from them cause it does have that scratch on the side of it from my accident up the canyon a few years ago and other little scratches from the carts in the parking lot. Other than the exterior damages it is a great car and we didn't have any mechanical problems with it. Well her daughter really wanted it so they looked into how much it would be to fix the damaged areas and made an offer yesterday and we said yes when would you like to come and get it. The boyfriend who made all the contact said they wanted to come and get it tonight! So I got home from work and cleaned out my car and vacuumed it out. I did the best that i could since i have a basketball in the way that makes it difficult to bed and get down in a low two door car! So when Jeb got home I had him look through it to double check. And of course I missed some stuff so i'm glad he was a good husband and helped me finish cleaning it out. It was pretty clean to start with it just needed a touch up and removal of papers and stuff in the trunk! I loved my car and am glad we were able to sell it to such a nice family. Now off to something bigger and more family friendly!!

Baby's Room!

Today we put the vinyl dots up on the wall!! It's not 100% finished but we are really close to being done. Then we will move everything back and the baby's room will be ready for her to live in it!!

I think it turned out so cute!! Jeb did a great job putting them up and making me decide where I want to have the placed! It was harder then I thought to decide how I wanted the room. We are going to get a few more dots that are the cut outs and put them on there too!!!

32 weeks!

Well we are at 32 weeks now! We saw the doctor this afternoon and he said things look good. We got to hear her heartbeat and he said her head is down. It sure is fun feeling her wiggle around and watching my belly move! Jeb thinks it's pretty cool feeling her move around! Now that she is bigger we can feel her move more often. If I slouch she will kick me in the ribs, which doesn't hurt yet, I think it's pretty funny that if i sit funny or lean over she will let me know it's squishing her or making her uncomfortable. It's a fun experience being pregnant even though I have my aches and pains (which won't go away until I have her) and after I have her we won't get any sleep! It is worth it. We sure love her already and we haven't even met her yet!

So i've made it to 30 1/2 weeks!! Here are a couple of pictures of my big belly!

We started painting the baby's room! We are going to put vinyl dots on the wall too. So we will have an accent wall with polka dots!! The dots are going to be pink, yellow, and green! Once we get the dots (they aren't finished yet, hopefully by this weekend) I will post pics of the finished wall!

Exciting Day!!!

So today was quite eventful! I woke up this morning a little earlier than usual (cause i couldn't sleep anymore) it wasn't real early though. I got ready and went through my usual morning routine. Well I went and got in my car to head to work and my car wouldn't start. Oh crap what's wrong I wondered. Well I tried it again and nothing. It didn't even make a ticking sound. So I called Jeb who was already at work and he couldn't answer. So I called my Dad who knows everything :) and he said it was probably the battery. Then Jeb called me back and I told him what was going on and said i'd keep him update via text. Well i needed to be to work in 20 minutes by this point so my dad said he would get ready and come pick me up and take me to work or have my mom stop and get me. She was on her way to go shopping with a friend. So I called my boss and let him know what was going on and he said they would handle it until I got there. (Luckily they weren't too busy this morning cause it's hard when you are missing a person). So my mom and her friend picked me up and took me to work! Yay thanks Mom. I was only about 45 mins. late. Well my day at work was fine not too busy but not too slow. I let Jeb know I made it to work. Well I needed to figure out how I was going to get home. Jeb had to stay at work til 6 and couldn't get off early cause 2 people had already called out sick. I got off work at 4 and my parents weren't able to come get me. So I sent a text to my great friend Amanda and she came and saved me and took me home. I was worried I was going to have to walk or wait til 6 for Jeb. Thanks Amanda.
Oh while I was at work my Dad stopped over and hooked my car battery up to a battery charger and let it run til we got home. Thanks Dad!
So when Jeb got home we ate and then went and tried to start it. And nothing. He tried to jump it and nothing. So he cleaned off stuff and did mechanical stuff that i know nothing of and then we tried it again and it clicked a little but nothing. So he unhooked the battery and we went and bought a new one and it started right up. Yay i can get to work in the morning! The battery was 6 years old so it lived a good life. I guess most batteries only last 3-5 years so it was definetly time to change it.
I'm glad my husband and dad know what they are doing when it comes to cars and manly stuff. I always have someone here to help me!!
